A very large Gov Agency called Department of Defense which consists of all branches of the military service and civilian service as well, has always had service rivalries, but when push came to shove they worked together for the Safety and Security for our nation. What the Hell Happened to the Senate and Congress?:S

Need to put them through basic training & a few field exercizes to solidify their sense of brotherhood....
