Physical Address - what do you use?

Sounds like a simple problem, but I have no idea what my physical address should be.
We are moving and I'll need to update my address but...

Plot '999'
Estate 'mongoose'
C'stead VI 008xx

... isn't considered a 'real' address. Most companies (banks etc.) want a verifiable physical address. I know the name of the road (from survey) but any ideas how to determine what the correct address is? I tried at the post office but all I was told is that they don't deliver.

Use the physical address on your property - If you are not sure you can go to the Recorders (Recorder of Deeds) office to look it up.
999 Estate Mongoose, C'Sted, STX and whatever zip they use
However, if you have to give an address for bills, mail, etc. you'll have to give a POB number or you'll never get bills or mail since PO does not deliver to most physical residential addresses..
Most utilities require a physical address, WAPA, Innovative, etc. but they also require a mailing address for billing.

It becomes a problem ordering online as many companies won't ship to a POB, much less the VI.
Good Luck.
