For a year I was a resident in the Golden Grove area and it was tough as the emissions from WAPA were insane. The balcony was always covered in soot, and my skin with rashes... I could never recommend (and I still don't) for anybody to live in the Golden Grove area.

Well, looks like WAPA has moved forward into the 20th century. How long will it take for it to get to the 21st century?

It took a legal suit and numerous complaints to help make it happen...
