Soursop is one of my favorites too. Passionfruit are starting to ripen now, that's exciting and the mangoes are in full swing. I have a damn rash from playing with so many lately. I made a watermelon soursop granita last week and it was amazing!

Cashew apples. The tree is absolutely loaded and, although I'm not going to mess with the involved chore of processing the nuts, the apples are being juiced for the most incredible nectar! Batches will be frozen for a steady supply during the year!
