Apartment avial now. Nice, queen bed, LR/ and efficiency kitchen, bath, patio. Can send photos. Just above Gallow's Bay. On 1/3 acre....in neighborhood, but still private given land and landscaping. Perfect for person who wants peace and quiet,, while still being within a very short distance to Christiansted.
$675 per month includes Direct TV, additional packages, WAPA and an a/c that helps predominantly to dehumidify. Given the hot weather, can upgrade a/c to a split unit, however the additional electric charges would need to be negotiated.
