STX - mid island - Downstairs apt for rent. Needs a little work. Can exchange some rent for work, if you are a fix it person. $500/month (includes up to $100 for WAPA) Will take pets if they get along with my dogs.

Apt located in Sion Hill/Tan Tan Terrace area, in the hills near Cost-U-Less. I have 5 dogs, all very social and friendly.

5 dogs? WOWSERS..........
Possibly 1 or 2 I could see mine becoming friendly with.
Will check with the other 1/2 and see what he thinks.
