Hi. I would like to rent a condo unit at Colony Cove for the entire month of October 2009 or possibly from 1 October - 31 December 2009
Please let me know if you have anything available and what the rate would be.

Hello there! I am very networked in the island and colony cove, and will check to see if there are any short terms units available there. My name is Dan, and I do referrals to Calabash Real Estate, as well as other realtors as it appropriate.

I have two units available for rental at Colony Cove. It's hard to be certain they'll be available in October from this many months ahead, but with the higher than usual vacancy rate the island has been experiencing it seems likely that one of them may be vacant at that time.
