1 bedroom apt for rent on the cool northside

Small 1 bedroom apt for rent on the Northside near Hull bay. If you threw a rock off the deck of the Botanical gardens and made it 5/6's of the way to Magen's Bay you'd hit my roof. It's kind of a rugged road down the hill, steep in parts, dirt in parts, so if you drive a Caddy it's not the place for you. But if you want a safe, secure, secluded place to chillax it could be for you. Recently completed, fully furnished ,including washer/dryer, dishwasher, satellite TV with great view. Water and power are included. Not much parking so it's 1 car max. I'm looking for a stable, sensible person or couple who will treat the place like their own. 1200$/mo 1st,last and security.
