1 bedroom on STT available 3/1

We have a one bedroom in a private home overlooking Sapphire Beach available on 3/1 on STT. It rents for 1250 a month plus water and electric. Gas to cook on, basic cable and wireless internet are provided. It has use of our pool and has beautiful views from the balcony of St. John and Tortola. There is an on site caretaker as well as ourselves who are here about 8 months a year.

This is a very private and quiet location. The private home is gated and sits on a bluff right above Sapphire beach which you can walk to in about 5 minutes. You can also walk to Linquest on a path.

The bedroom has AC but you seldom need it as the breezes blow through the unit. It comes equipped and furnished. There is plenty of flat parking and the home is located on a private road which will also be gated in the near future.

There is a hammock to sit and relax, a BBQ grill to cook on, and a laundry.

We will consider a small pet, but it needs to be quiet and not allowed to run when you are not at home.
