A wonderful and large short term rental opportunity has just come about. Located in Bugby Hole, just southwest of Christiansted. 1 very large bedroom, great living room and dining area that look out on the pool, gardens and Halfpenny beach. Available starting Feb. 10th. Reservations already made for the fall of '09, so please contact as soon as possible to reserve your time in paradise. Daily rate: $200, weekly: $800, monthly (on a month to month lease) $1,750. PMVers with strong application may receive special financial consideration. To reserve time, application needed as well as 25% down. For one week to one month, negotiated security deposit also required.
