I am still looking for a long term rental I am retired R.N.,have lived on STX before and want to move back.I am retired and will be working Part time.I need $600-700 a month.I can pay electric,etc.I am looking at sometime after July.

I have a gorgeous 1200 sf oceanfront condo- Completely remodeled designer furnishings: Not only does it have an Ocean View, But it has a private yard you can walk out to view Water; The rent is $1050 p/ month/ I have rented to many nurses in the past: St SEA Condos

Just a quick note to say that you are going to have trouble finding someplace you would like living for $600 - $700. Maybe with a roommate.

I have a 1br/1ba cottage, utilities paid (no a/c) for $700/mo. Also a 2br/1ba for $1250 +utilites. Both are located midisland.

What's available will range so much between now and July. You may want to look closer to time.
