Hi, if you're still interested the place will be available again March 16. The current tenants bought a house and want an early out on their lease which I gave them. They repainted the interior and added a screen door on the driveway entrance. If you want it for 6 months it will be $1400.

Do you have any prospects yet...would you consider a longer term rental?
