Am relisting this after having a short term renter stay.
The studio is located in upscale Little Lagrange high up in the rain forest 3 miles due east of downtown Frederiksted with a paved private access road. Have both solar power and a generator for electric backup when WAPA is out, the electric bill is shared with two people living in the upstairs unit and is divided per person. There is a cistern serving both the studio and upstairs along with backup solar pumped well water so those there have not had to buy water. A storage building is right behind the studio's back door and there is a shared washer along with an additional outside shower. There's plenty of parking space and pets are welcome.
$400 a month (for a 1 year lease).
