I have a two bedroom HOUSE, with a great Pool and Sea View, in a good neighborhood. Its fully furnished, mid island, north shore.
This house has everything you will need, dishes, linens etc. Washer Dryer, Dishwasher.
Includes pool service, landscape service, terminex, I also pay for cable.
I am looking to rent this to one or two people at most. Would prefer, no smoking and no pets. but will consider.
Needs to have Good references, (landlord, work and credit).
I am willing to negotiate the rent for the right tenant.
