Not telling you what to do with your own property but I know a lot of people including myself don't respond unless there's at bare minimum a rent listed in the ad, wouldn't hurt your odds. Pictures in an online ad can do a lot, too.

See, that is EXACTLY what I'm talking about. When I read your post I thought to myself "probably $2600/mo" and hit next. That is a hell of a deal for a 3bd 2bath place. Good luck.

Do you have any pictures? I'm kind of curious. I've taken on a temporary roommate who broke up with his girlfriend and was in a bind for paying his rent. I don't have a problem with the place I have now, but being only 2br I had to give up my office.
