I have a 2 BR 2 B furnished house on Water Island avail for long term rent. Great water view. Convenient location. Masonry with shutters on all windows and doors. 18K gal cistern recently cleaned. Updated kitchen and baths. Nice level lot. Great private deck. $1800 per month. Tenant pays WAPA bill. Email for pictures if you are interested.
