Furnishing includes beds, dresser, chairs, couch, table, new fridge, new stove, microwave, washer, AC, ceiling fans and lights. There's ample closet and shelf space. Outside there are children's swings. I'm willing to accommodate any needed changes in furnishing. The interior has been totally repainted and there is a solar electric system to help during power outages and which supplements WAPA all the time. The house is on a very private and secure 4 acre estate with all roads to it paved .
