Includes, full kitchen w/ large fridge and icemaker, microwave, taster overn,. microwave, top nothc dishes, wireless internet, Cable w/ all chanells, with music channels, gas BBQ grill, laundry facilities, bring your clothes and a toothbrush and you are stylin'! $150/night in High season, Summer sepcial until end of October is ONLY $100/night! Beats the heck out of a hotel!

I thought you were going to St Croix? This is on St Thomas. The other wording means that the advertiser is also willing to offer a long term lease.
