Looking for furnished apartment for monthly rental. We will probably plan on staying for 3 months . Looking for something near Christiansted but will consider other locations.

I have an ideal short term efficiency just east of C'sted. It is near shopping, off road parking and on the bus route.I am asking $400.00/month and that includes utilities. I can send pictures if I get an email.

We have a large, deluxe 2 BR/3BA condo in Pelican Cove (near Palms Restaurant). Very nicely furnished with many extras. Looking for a tenant Aug. - December, possibly January as well. Please e-mail me with your needs, situation, price range.

Hi Ava. We have a 2 bedroom, 2 bath located in Colony Cove. Our unit does have central A/C. It will be available for the entire month of September. It will not be available for 2 weeks in October, but after that it is available. Let me know if you want some additional informaton.
