2bdrom/2bath with exceptional harbor view. Lots of room with a huge deck, air units in bdrms, washer/dryer...$1900 with a year lease. Not for "seasonal" people...it's definately an upgrade for people who have been here for awhile.

The house has been rented, but the cottage is still available. Great area to live in.
