Our former landlord has two small cottages for rent. They are identical structurally. 2 BR/1BA Living/dining kitchen open plan. nice long view of south shore. One will rent for $800 and has A/C in one bedroom. The other has whole house A/C and will rent for $900 per month. Cistern water, WAPA, phone and cable extra. They will not accept cats or dogs.
These houses are about 3/4 mile (as the crow flies) south of Cane Bay. They are on the road between Mon Bijou and La Vallee. We live across the road and will be your neighbors. This location is best if you are working west of Christiansted. A car is a necessity.
