The house W/D on site, all elec. and water included (unless ya run out, then it'd be divided by the number of people, but he hasn't bought water in ten years), he has a dog, so there is a possibility of pets. Unit has two full-size beds, stove, fridge, Cable TV...nice place. And the landlord has been here forever, great guy. For more info call 340-774-8223. Available immediately.
