are you really renting a place that doesn't come furnished? Most properties do. Because of that, there aren't many people who sell used furniture. I saw in a previous post that you were asking for a pillow top queen mattress in really good condition and it would be extremely rare for such an item to be up for sale here. If that's what you really have to have, you will 99.99% certainty have to buy one at a furniture store once you arrive.

If you don't have a specific place booked to live in yet, please be advised that nearly all rental properties come pretty much fully furnished and mostly equipped for new tenants to move in with nothing more than a suitcase or two of clothing and personal items.

I am relocating temporarily for 6 months. I am going to be residing with family. The sleeping quarter is available but no bedding. Since my move is temporary I don’t want to invest on a new mattress. The reason for the pillow top is because my toy puddle ‘Bella’ sleeps with me and she loves my pillow-top bed. I just want to make sure that my baby Bella is comfortable. I personally don’t mind sleeping on a regular mattress.
