I've been living in a 2br/1ba apartment on STJ for a little under a year. I signed my lease in October. I might be moving July 1.
It's $1200/mo plus utilities. It has a balcony, view of the water (Enighed Pond), 10 minute walk to downtown Cruz Bay, 1 minute walk to Pinepeace market.
I am currently looking into moving into a 1br and might possibly be looking for someone to take over my lease here.
Nothing is final and I haven't secured my new apartment, but I would like to get some names and numbers of people interested in my place before I commit to the other one. I don't want to be paying 2 rents and don't want to be homeless either!
