Brand new weight set and bench for sale in St. Thomas
Paid $900 + shipping, selling for $500.
Dumbbell weights are:
30 (2)
25 (2)
20 (2)
15 (2)
12 (2)
10 (2)
Brand is CAP
Bench is adjustable and can be used for upper and lower body (has attachment for quads/hams)
Sturdy metal pyramid stand for freeweights
Also have weights for leg attachment- 25, 20, 2x10, 5

Lord have mercy- I can't lift weights these days! 😉
And I would hate to lug them all out, set them up, then take them down and lug them home (upstairs, no less!)
So hopefully I can sell 'em or move 'em before then.

LR - Come on, girl, I was simply having a lovely fantasy of watching you haul all that weight out of the car and then sitting there pooped for the rest of the day...and then hauling it all back in again! XX
