Good luck with your rental, my wife's aunt had the same setup over on the Northside of the Island and it took her 8 months to finally get it rented.

MIKE is it still rented? I am looking around at rentals as ours is up this month. Has to be just perfect to move thou. Was your aunts $1900? We are looking for $1400 or less.
