Property/Boat caretaker management position

We are seeking a position as a property caretaker either a home or boat. My husband and I live on island. He is a Yacht Captain and boat builder and I have a background in property management. Clean background checks. Prior to moving to St Croix I was employed in corrections for 25+ years. Good references. Currently we are boat sitting and managing a vacation rental property.
