$800 For a Frenchman's Bay Estate remodel studio, fully furnish,and remodel private deck. Include in the price is a swimming pool, all utilities, [electricity & water] wireless wifi, Ocean view, basic cable T.V electric.stove, refrigerator and linen. All you have to do is move in. Minimum 1 year lease required, and 1st month rent and last month rent plus 1 month security deposit required to move in.

Hi Glynn,

Do you have an ad on craigslist starting out: 800200ft (followed by the little 2 denoting square)? Just looks strange to me that there is a whole crop of postings with that ....the price and the number of sq. ft, written strangely. There are ads for all the islands, and other countries, and not only for rent, but house swap, too.

I know at least one landlord who posts here who was scammed and a prospective tenant lost his money. This board is soooooo much safer than craigslist, and you get that personal touch!:)

JUST TO BE CLEAR, in case someone does not understand. gew is a legit person and his rental is legit. It is the craigslist ad I am questioning.
