Hello there folks! As things have changed and the rental market continues to get a bit tighter, I wanted to mention a couple of things that are open, or will be soon. I will briefly list them here, however under the Calabash Real Esate ad under Real Estate, or by contacting me directly, I can provide much more information.

Cotton Valley: Directly on the water with a seamless pool and guest house. Large house with spacious rooms, indoor/outdoor living. Will be available as of 8/1 ($3,500)

Cotton Valley PMV (min 5 days). Lovely cottage with 2 large bedroom, full sized beds, kitchen/LR, patio. Beautifully landscaped. $160 per night.

Coral Princess: Both a one bedroom ($1,200) and 2 bedroom *($1,800) condominiums available now. As close to the roar of the surf as you can possibly get. Furnished nicely, pool, view.

Mill Harbor: 2 and 3 bedroom units available. Please ask for specific information. Again, on water with pool and other amenities.

Soon Coming: Multiple efficiency and 1 bedroom apartments in the Pelican Cove area, just west of Christiansted. Just renovated by the contractor/owner. Must see!

East St. Apartments, 2 efficiencies and 2 1 bedrooms, beautifully stripped and remodeled, safe and off street parking. Live and work in town without having to drive!

Thank you again. I wanted to let you all know what I know of now, and what I will have as the summer progresses.

Hi Dan,
I'll be starting at UVI mid-august and plan to get there the second week. Do you know of anything close to campus? The cheaper the better, obviously. Campus housing is full, so I don't really have a choice. I don't care if its a closet w/ a bed and half a kitchen, tight quarters, are fine. Please email me at [email protected].

Thanks,
Aggie

Hi Dan:

My husband and I are looking to relocate to St. Thomas within the next 3 months and are looking for long-term accomodations.

We would like a 2br/2ba condo or apartment. We have a small dog.

If you can assist please reply and let's discuss options that you may have.

Thanks so much!

Courtney

Hello Aggie! I'm sorry to be so late in responding. I just had surgery again, so was unable to check in as often as I would have liked. Right now, we do not have anything small available near UVI/STX, however I will put you on a contact list as just this week I found 15 new apartments. I also (unrelated to my employer, Calabash R.E.) know of some people who live in that area, and have found affordable housing. I will drop them a note and see if they know of anything.

Thanks and best wishes,

Dan

Hello there again! I did respond to your email, however in looking at this, I believe you are looking for St. Thomas. If so, I do not have anything in that area. If you are looking for St. Croix, I have some wonderful apartments opening up in the next two weeks on Hermon Hill, old Cruzan style building with wrought iron and archways. Lovely.

If you could clarify, that would be great.

Thank you again,

Dan
