Neither of you mentioned which island.
As far as rental prices for above question, anywhere from $700 - $1800, depending on which island. IMO, and I watch real estate everyday, STX has cheaper housing rental prices.

Can you suggest where to watch real estate? I’m on a few Facebook pages and craigslist but is there anywhere else that apartments are listed? I’m moving to St. John in October and am lookin for a 1 or 2 bedroom in Cruz Bay Area. Thanks in advance!!
