Hello my name is ian.
I will be on ST Thomas for about 6 months starting jan11th
I am open to anyone who wants to get a house together.
Preferably red hook area or as close to mangrove lagoon area as possible.
Non or outside smokers. Must be fairly clean esp. in kitchen.
No heavy drinkers or loud night people.
Responsible.
I will most likely be renting a car the first couple days on island and would be happy to go house hunting with anyone.
