I live in a 2 bedroom apartment in STJ.
My roommate is going stateside for the entire month of October and I'm looking to fill that space while he's gone. He's a boat captain so there isn't really much of his stuff to move. He basically lived out of suitcase so no worry about being in "someone else's room." There is a bed and dresser in there.
He's a good roommate and will return in November, but he doesn't want to pay rent while he's gone and I don't want to take on the whole nut either.
So, I'll throw this out there. $200/week. Cable, internet, 10 minute walk to town. No pets or small children. (I'm allergic to both.)
I guess I'll work out details on an individual basis.

First weekly rental moves out tomorrow.
Room still available for 3 remaining weeks of October.
