Barter home maintenance for rent

Hi,
Let me first say this, you guys and this web site are extremely helpful and friendly.
I am 44 year old General Contractor from North Carolina, and planning on relocating to VI. Not shore what island yet? The test for the VI General Contractors license is October 07, I plan on meeting some of you by then. I am the type of man that has got to keep his hands busy. And I am looking for a room with a bath.
So I am trying to find someone that would be willing, and in need of a craftsman to barter labor for rent. So if anyone in paradise needs my help, or if you know of someone please contact me.
