Will rent on a weekly basis for PMV's / vacations until we have a long term renter.
The apartment is completely furnished (bedding / towels / TV, etc)
Beautiful pool, spectacular views.
This is a safe and very quiet neighborhood, high up on Crown Mountain (north side, 15 minutes to the airport) - very breezy and cool.
Parking area for 2 cars. Large deck. Washer.
Pets will be considered.
For a long term rental it is 1500/month - first/last/security.

WOW, if this is still available for a long term rental in 2-3 months, will you let me know? This would be PERFECT for us. Could you send pictures to my email address?

Orignally from NYC relocated to St. Kitts/Nevis 8 years ago and now looking to live on St. Thomas. Two bedroom needed as my mother lives with me during winter months to get away from cold in NYC. Good St Thomas references available.
can u please advise if still available and if so do you have any photos? looking for long term

Has it been rented out yet? I will be down on Oct 8 and looking for 6-12 lease and I have a 5year old Yorkie please let me know I would love to see some Pictures if all possible, you can PM me
