There is a laundry room with all the fittings for a washer and a dryer. There is no dishwasher.

Wow that is a really good price for a house that nice in that location. I doubt you will have it long. I would guess from the pictures its in boetzinburg or around there. Nice area.

Hi. I must have skipped over your post! We would like a 1 year lease, but we would consider a 6 month lease depending on the renter. Thanks for the post!
