Only $1800 a month for this beautiful, designer decorated, 1300 sq. foot condo in Christiansted. Incredibly view of the ocean, seashore, downtown and hills. Very convenient location close to town yet quiet and peaceful. This special unit has split AC, brand new windows, new ceiling fans, custom lighting, washer and dryer, oversized patio with newly planted exotic garden, and lots more. Plus a flexible gallery space with sliders on both sides, and a large dressing room. INCLUDES cable TV, pest service, trash pickup at the door, gated community with full time security, and a great ocean-view pool and community space. Also very conveniently located to the mailboxes, office and guest suite. Some furnishings included. Lease, excellent references, first month's rent, and security required. How many bedrooms and bathrooms does this condo have? Are pets allowed?

Greetings. No, pets are not allowed, sorry. And it is a large one bedroom. I use the gallery as a second sleeping area when I have guests and I have a single bed sized fold out sofa there. Some folks might use it as a second bedroom but I would only think it best to use it occasionally when having guests. Thank you for your inquiry.

Hello folks. I forgot to mention that water is also included in the rent. And, FYI, pets are not allowed. No smoking in this unit either. Thank you very much.

Bruce, not looking to rent but I am curious - how much were your utility bills when you lived in St. C?
