Hi all,
I am a Cape Cod Master Gardener from Mass. and I am considering relocation to US VI. (I'd like to learn tropical plants) I own a small gardening Co. and due to the cold weather my schedule is open for the next 2 months.
I plan to arrive Jan. 12 and stay for a month, and if all go's well maybe forever. I'm hoping to find a safe, clean, affordable temporary rental for that time. (hoping to secure a rental prior to my arrival, worried about getting their and having to rely on whats listed in the trader) I have excellent references, and I'm very nice. In the past I have done property management work on Cape Cod and several house sitting jobs in the off season, so if that is helpful to anyone please let me know. I'll be the dream tenant you've always wanted. I'd prefer St. John but would very happy on St. Thomas too.Thanks and may the sun shine on all of us. Lisa K.

Thanks I did not know Dan lived on stx. I 'm coming to stt. Still looking for a 1 month rental.....
