I have a fully furnished efficiency condo for rent at Regatta Point (south side). I do not accept smokers or pets. The condo has a bar sink, small fridge, portable cooking surface, new microwave, stackable washer and dryer. All linens and bedding are brand new. It also has a TV with basic cable, phone service for local calls, full bath, queen size bed, wicker loveseat, table with two chairs and a balcony. $900 a month, utilities included.
