Condo with beach and pool access needed Jul 1 - 17. Prefer close to Red Hook. Can spend no more than $75 per day.

$75 a day will get you a cottage at a campground. And because of St John Festival, accomodations at Cinnamon might be difficult to arrange Did you try the Water Island campground?
If you want a condo, you will need to spend above $100/night.

Ditto East Ender. It's not happening for that price if you want to be on the beach.

Great News East Ender....
I have found several places that I can rent for a month that actually breat down to $50 per day. Due to my schedule changes, I now only need 2 - 3 weeks. Otherwise, I will rent for the monthly fee of $1250 - 1450. Pool, beach, close to dollar bus, AC and televsion! It is just a matter of shopping around.

i have guest a room right above sapphire beach. I can go as low as 90/night, no less. Has private bath, AC, cable, wifi, pool, king sixe bed. You can walk to Sapphire or Linquest.
