Hello,
My husband has just accepted a job offer in St. Thomas and we will be moving in mid to late September. We are looking for a two bedroom either with a view or walking distance to the beach. Also, I have a cat that I will probably be taking with me. We are hoping to keep it around 1800, including utilities. I know September is still far off, but I figured the earlier I start looking, the more likely I will find a great place.
Thanks!

is the cat going to be with you? Also, why a 2 bedroom? I have a two bedoom place at Crystal Cove that I could rent

Yes the cat will be with me. We want a two bedroom just for the additional space - to use a computer/guest room. Do you have any pics of the place in Crystal Cove? Thanks for the response.

Still looking... Did I mention it's long term? We would consider Sept 1 for the right place. Also we will be down at the end of July and could look at places then & potentially sign the lease then as well.
Thanks for all the feedback so far, it's really appreciated.
