Hi -
My family and I are arriving in St. Croix in two weeks (April 1), and we are looking for a crib for our one and a half year old son. He is starting to outgrow a Pack N Play, but if I can't find a crib I would be willing to get a pack n play for our first few weeks. If anyone has a crib and mattress in good condition please let me know.
I assume we would need it for at least a year. But we would be happy to return it when he outgrows it, if someone has a crib that is very special or is planning to use theirs again.

K-Mart has both. You might check the animal shelter flea market. Sometimes they have cribs, but it's hit or miss.

I saw in todays Avis that the flea market is this weekend and there are a few yards sales going on this weekend too... sorry... it might be awhile for the next one...
I'm with Sissy... just go to K-mart, everyone shops at K-mart here, if you like it or not... I use to work at K-mart in Texas... they usually carry decent stuff and at a reasonable price (at least many moons ago), plus we still got lay-away here too... Thanks K-mart your the greatest, especially for getting started here!!!!
But if you still feel that K-mart is below your standards... have one shipped in...

I am so excited to shop at Kmart. I go to Target up here every chance I get, and I think stores like that are most parents' best friend, whether in the VI or not.
Okay, so we will hit Kmart ASAP and get a crib for the baby and some rum for us! And crayons and play doh for the 3 year old. Fun for the whole family.
