What would a "handyman" be allowed to do in a rental unit?

Hi Jim well the tile are lifting up just in front of the glass door 11 tile going down and 5 tile across that in the living room and kitchen, we are willing to any person that is interested in the coral Princess condo we will give them 50% off of two month Rent or we can go one month rent Free
