I have a property available for rental on STX. It is an executive home with north shore views from inside and from the patio/pool areas and also south shore views from the upper yard. There are 3-BDR and 3-BTH, a swimming pool, new kitchen and more. The property is on the market for sale, so tenant would be required to accommodate showings. If an offer was accepted on the property, tenant would be given a 30-day minimum notice to vacate prior to closing. Lease rate is $3300 per month plus utilities. House is furnished and has laundry on-site. Secure/private location and fully fenced lot with an electronic gate on the driveway. Only about 3 minutes into downtown.
