Good day,
I am looking to get involved with realtor's and rental property managers to provide my services.
I will clean out the property and remove all debris including cleaning up outside.
This will include cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms and living areas,spotless quick and ready for a new tenant.
My skill set is remodeling I have been working and running remodeling jobs for 20 years.
I will be able to fix almost anything on your property including electric repairs and plumbing.
All tools and cleaning supplies will be provided by me.
If we have a major repair such as new doors or broken cabinets we can discuss this on a as needed basis.
Rates will be per job and very fair.

I will also do any types of repairs for any of the board members or their friends and family .
