I am the current tenant at this condo and I've just purchased a house so I have to sublet this condo.
A short-term 2BR sublease is available at Elysian Resort from 2/1 to 4/30 (3 months).
Great location, security guard at night, easy parking, pool, gym (extra membership fee), tennis court, restaurant, etc
The monthly rent is $2,700 a month plus utilities.
The new tenant has to be approved by the property manager.
Last month deposit is required.
