Furnished Efficiency Apt. available - St. Croix

Good day, I have a small efficiency apartment available for rent in Estate St. John, on St. Croix. The apartment is mostly furnished.

Located approx. 3 miles west of downtown Christiansted and very convenient to most everything on island. We are in a quiet, residential area, on a dead end road, so no through traffic.

$650 per month, and that includes Dish TV and wireless Internet, as well as monthly pest control and a garbage bin on site. Electric and water are additional, but already on, so no connect fee or utility deposit.

We request first, last and deposit, with a little flexibility, on a case by case basis, if needed.

Coin laundry in building and plenty of convenient parking. Great neighbors!!!

You can see pictures on our website at www.virginislandsrentals.com . Please look at the page for 1B. The pictures are a couple of years old, so there are a few "decor" differences, but basically what you see is accurate. I'm not crazy about the TV in there. Would suggest you bring your own, but it does work.

There is not a traditional stove, just a hot plate, microwave and large toaster oven for cooking.
