Hello there folks! As our IT person is on vacation, this will not appear on our webpage listed under real estate on this board for at least a week. This will only last a few days. Large 1 bedroom with full kitchen (large), new cabinets, countertops, island, LR etc. Moutaintop. Opens up to great pool, sitting areas, grill with full view of Buck Island and when clear, the BVI, St. Thomas and Puerto Rico. Everything is top drawer about this place. In Solitude area. $1,200 per month includes up to $500 per month in utilities. Gorgeous gardens and walks.
Applicant must be mature, not so much by age but must be respectful, reasonably quiet, clean in common areas etc. No dogs or children (due to the deep pool).

Thank you for such a positive response......the owner truly appreciated it. The apartment was rented yesterday, however a couple of other apartments in this area will be coming available in August-September.
