Some of these prices are outrageous and escalated because it's on this forum.

Prices are because of where the houses are located on the Island, very high end.

I've lived here for 3 1/2 years and I can tell you, depending on location, these prices are not out of line. On the other hand, by doing your own legwork and driving around, it is possible to fine cheaper places that are perfectly acceptable.

It does seem that prices are a lot higher this year than when we moved this time last year. Not just from this company, but through all of the ads in the Avis, too. Of course, most properties that are rented through property management companies are going to cost more than the ones that are being rented out by regular people. I highly recommend word of mouth, and driving around looking for signs to find a rental.

I think all of these locations are on STX, def. Diamond Ruby and Queen Quarters...the rest probably are too.

All the lactation on the Island are price deferent. I did not come along and make these prices up, look
around. The place that the rent for one bedroom $550 or two bed rooms $850 and three bedroom it were you
would feel safe and comfortable.

One would think you would at least be able to spell correctly and use proper English in your advertisement for rentals. I'd watch the wording on the "lease" for any of these. You might want to use your "spell check". Hmmmm.....

I have been assuming the poster speaks English as a second language.

ha i agree with the spell-check but hekc (oops - heck) i dont even capitalize anymore! but i DO like to see listings for various things on here; esp housing, apts, short-term rentals, things for sale, etc. although those prices do seem somewhat more, they did mention the $550 and $850 which makes a potential mover like me feel a "little bit" better about affordable housing and cost of living in gen. still, i understand it cant be a classifieds board at the same time.
