Sylvester- what other if any furnishings are in the house, ie bed, tv etc. I am locating to St Thomas on April 1st and am looking for something nice in that price range and don't know how much or what furniture to bring. Thanks- Philip

Maybe more pictures/information will help? what estates are they in? gated or no? Pictures of the living space?
