Three and half years ago I moved to STT and taught at All SAaints Cathedral School for two academic years. I really enjoyed my time there and I fell in love with the people, the life and the culture. I would like to return in a few years; however, I am currently saving money in Asia and studying martial arts.

I often spent time at UVI while I was in the VI and now I would like to help recent college graduates of that particular school. To those who graduated from UVI, there are well-paying teaching jobs available in South Korea (not North Korea). All you need is an American passport and a Four-Year diploma.

Schools will fly you here for free, pay for your housing and pay you more than 2,000 US a month. Because of the free housing and low cost of living, its very easy to save $1,000 a month. That's $11,000 a year. Plus, you get a one month bonus at the end of a contract ($2,000), your final one month pay check ($2,000) , you pension ($2,000) back and a flight home. After a year, you should have $15,000 in the bank. I'm signing on for another year and I will walk away with $25,000 in the bank.

There are currently 10,000 English Teachers in Korea. I live in the south of South Korea and the city of Busan. Its right on the ocean, with lots of mountains around. Recent college graduates from America, Canada, Ireland, South Africa, Australia, England and New Zealand come here to teach Englsih. Its a great place to be young. You only teach between the hours of 3pm and 9pm (after school English academy), which means you can go out every night if you wish!

Korea is not as modern as Japan, which more is modern than America, but is highly developed. Its a small country but 50 million people live here.

If you know anybody who would like to come here or would like more information, please email me at mrmcverry@yahoo.com

Please Do Not Delete This Thread. This is great deal for recent UVI graduates They can come for a year or two, save a lot of money and then invest into the VI economy by buying a house, starting a business or going to graduate school. Also, I often try to send departing qualified teachers from Korea to the VI to teach. Please Do Not Delete This Thread.
